Ashdon Players 2010 Pantomime

Cinderella's Slipper

Following a number of requests for us to perform this pantomime, John Brooker put together a very funny and hugely enjoyable script and we hope that the audience had as much fun watching as we did performing. In addition to create a bit of confusion we included a mini-performance of the pantomime which was enthusiastically received in its own right and had the audience participating from the start.

As usual our pianist did an excellent job with our singing and this year we were aided by some members of Saffron Walden Music Hall Society who raised the vocal quality. The scenery, particularly the ballroom, and our costumes really brought the pantomime to life. Thanks to all who took part in any way. As usual it was a wonderful team effort. The reaction from the audience in all of the three sell-out performances sounded as enthusiastic as ever.

If you are interested in being involved in this year's pantomime please contact us before September.

If anyone would like to purchase a dvd of this pantomime or certain others they are available at £5 each. Please contact John Brooker.
